There is a small postage charge of £2.40 for all UK orders that are less than £25 in value. There is no postage charge on UK orders over £25 (except for orders of Oxytarm. There is a £2.40 fee for Recorded Delivery to ensure a safe delivery).

There is an extra £2.40 postage charge for all deliveries that contain microwavable slippers. This is due to their weight. This means if you order slippers in the UK and your order is less than £25 you will pay the compulsory postage charge of £2.40 plus an additional extra weight charge of £2.40 (£4.80 total). If your UK order is over £25 and contains slippers the postage would be £0.00 plus an additional weight charge of £2.40 (£2.40 total).

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of receiving your order. You should always receive your order within 7 days of ordering in the UK.

For orders over £45 Postage & Packing is FREE to Europe & Worldwide.

For Europe & Worldwide, you should receive your order within 7-10 working days of ordering.
